I have an 05 Tundra that I just got as a project truck and wanted to show a bit of love and care. Started working on it myself to address some issues with a squeak and replace some parts that needed to be replaced. Once I did that, I was still squeaking and really wasn't sure what the issue was. Took it into Parker 4x4 and they held on to my truck for 10 days with the answer "It hasn't been on the lift yet, It will be ready tomorrow" After that, I refused their services and took it to Eagle. Found some things on the truck I (and the other 2 mechanics who looked at it) completely missed. A good bit of work and almost no time later, my truck runs great. I took my car to them to look at my transmission When I went back I was told my transmission was burnt out but there was good news it was still covered by warranty. He said he called and it was covered and to take it to dealer who will do the work for free. It was so nice not to have a shop charge me for work I did not have to pay for. Thank you guys.
